Holy Crap!
I am 1/2 a lb away from being down 20 lbs!!! HOLY COW!! People are starting to notice now...this is amazing. Thanks for all your support everyone!! Slimmer Kim...here I come!

No no no stop licking!!!

So heres an update. :)
Work is fun. Im loving what I do, the people, with the exception of a few, are super nice and have welcomed me and taught me a lot. We check in a lot of patients every day and I'm pretty much set on all the different forms and what to do with them so I am almost done with training.
Keith took me out yesterday and we got a few fun scrubs since I have to wear scrubs and with the color pants we got I can pretty much put every top with every bottom so thats cool.
Today was my first weekday off and I have to admit I loved it. On my way to work yesterday I was dreading the day but then decided that since I had today off I could survive yesterday. :) I found a gas station right next to my office with gas for $3.09/gallon...wow...yay!! We went out to dinner last night with some new people in the unit and had fun. They're super nice.
Today I met a friend who was gone for the last week or so at Big Lots and then we went to Panera and Costco. Then I headed back out to Yelm and found a great craft shop and got my nails done at a nice nail place. Its just one lady and she turned her garage into a nice shop and has been doing nails for 15 years. She did acrylic nails on me with orange, red and green leaves on them with some silver glitter. They look great. I love it.
Then I hit the grocery store and didnt spend as much money as I thought I had. Now I'm doing laundry and watching TV with the honeybuns.

My first day
I'm exhausted. I went to work today from 10-7 which means i left this morning at 8:55 and got home tonight at 8. We had over 130 patients come in today and its my job to check them in, give them the paperwork they need signed and update all their information. We're going completely digital so we have scanned copies of all the orders and insurance cards so that makes it easy.
My schedule will be 10-7 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday and 7-3:30 on Saturdays. After a couple weeks my weekday schedule will change from 10-7 to 12-9. Long hours but hey, its money .:)
I haven't slept well in a couple days so I'm headed to bed. Night loves!

Job
So, I finally got a job! 6 months of off again, on again job searching and finally one came through!
I now work for South Sound Radiology as a Receptionist. I get to wear scrubs to work which rocks for comfort, make $11/hr, work a steady 40 a week and can't wait. My work days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 12 noon-9 p.m. It's odd but its a job. I start on the 9th. :) Yay!
So, anyone know of a good place to get scrubs??
