So today started out great. Its not as hot as the other days have been lately and its rainy...my favorite! I had told a friend I would babysit her 3 year old all day, which is fine because Keith is gone so it's kind of the same as if he were here, hehe. This kid is amazing, cute, polite, a pure blast to hang out with....
Except today, apparently. He has already let my dogs out twice. He just toodles over and opens the door, even though there's no fence. Before I even let my dogs out of their cage this morning I told him, don't open the door. He's been told this by me, Keith, his mom, his dad....and he claims to get it. Then before I'm even in the house from the garage he has opened the door and my dogs are running in 3 different directions! Gah!!!!
So...10 minutes later, after a small spankin and a time out I have to take the trash out. I say "don't open the door, don't touch anything. sit here and watch your movie, I'll be right back". He says "ok miss kim, i wont open the door." I walk the 15 feet to the trash can outside, and turn around to see my 3 dogs running...in 3 different directions and the kid standing at the door smiling...
It's going to be a long long long long day.

Ooo, see this is why I'm glad to A. not have children and B. not babysit children. Though I miss all the nephews/nieces and they are wonderful...because I can give them straight back.

hahaha O I mean did u survive? did u have drink after or before you gave that child back to his parents. aren't 3 year olds fun! Sounds like he is asserting is independence. have fun with that :) luv u mua!
Hah, 3 year olds, I have one of those. Did he say, "But, Miss Kim the doggies wanted to go out and play", just like Korky says to me, "But mom, Graham wanted that sucker so I gave it to him!" (and then he gets a sticky mess everywhere!
